Return/Refund Policy

RETURN/ EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return/ exchange them within 14 days from date of purchase with an approved RMA#. All approved return/ exchange must be received within 14 days from the RMA date. Please reference the Return Process for details.

 

RETURN PROCESS

1) Email us at service@edgeiwear.com with your full name, order #, and indicate if you would like a refund or exchange. An RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) will be assigned and email to you within three business days.

2) After receiving the RMA#, you can proceed to mail the product back to our fulfillment center to the address provided below. Please include a note in the box stating your full name and RMA number. We recommend using a carrier that offers shipment insurance, and tracking services such as FedEx, UPS, or USPS deliver confirmation, so you get full visibility on the whereabouts of your package. We will not be liable for lost or damaged return packages.

All return/ exchange must be received within 14 days from the RMA date.

3) After receipt and inspection of your return, we will issue you a refund via the same payment method or exchange within 10 business days. You will receive an email when your refund or exchange is processed. The refunded amount will be for the cost of the product only. Shipping Charges and Shipping Cost $5.00 per piece and/or set is nonrefundable.

IMPORTANT: Returns must be unworn and in the same condition as it was received. Some of our products ship with an attached security tag and/or sticker. Products must be returned in its original box and packaging. Returns will be processed in the order it was received within 10 business days.

 

DEFECTIVE/ INCORRECT MERCHANDISE EXCHANGE

If you have received a defective merchandise or the wrong style(s) or color(s), please email us at service@edgeiwear.com within 14 days from the purchase date.

1) Please include your your full name, order#, two photos of the product, and a brief description of the issue including if you would like a refund or replacement.

2) We will send you a prepaid return shipping label with an RMA# for you to return the defective/ incorrect merchandise to the address below:

IMPORTANT: Some product images and lens colors may be slightly different than the actual product received due to different color settings of your screen, and also photography lighting.

3) Once we have received and inspected your returned merchandise, we will send you a replacement as soon as possible.

 

HOLIDAY AND SALE RETURN POLICY

Holiday purchases starting from Monday the 3rd week of November to December 31st can be returned to Edge I-Wear for refund (excluding all shipping cost) up until January 15th by following the steps below:

1) Email service@edgeiwear.com with your full name, order# or gift receipt# and we will reply with RMA#.

2) Safely repackage and return the product with all original packaging intact along with a copy of the RMA using a carrier with tracking service and insurance (recommended) to the address below. We will not be liable for lost or damaged return packages.

Holiday RMA returns must be received or postmarked by Jan 15th.

IMPORTANT: Some product images and lens colors may be slightly different than the actual product received due to different color settings of your screen, and also photography lighting.

3) Once we have received and inspected your returned merchandise, we will issue the refund (excluding all shipping cost) for the cost of the product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

All “Sale” category item(s) are final; no returns, exchanges, or refund will be accepted. Sale item(s) can only be returned for exchange of the same item(s) due to manufacturing defects with approved RMA#.

 

ORDER TRACKING AND DELIVERY INFORMATION 

Tracking number for your order(s) are automatically emailed to you once your order ships. It can take up to 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update when you received the email.

All order(s) leaving our fulfillment center are shipped with tracking and orders over $25.00 are marked “signature required.” If your order tracking status has been marked “delivered” according to the carrier tracking, we are not liable for its whereabouts beyond that point.

Please contact the appropriate shipping carrier directly and provide them your tracking# to locate your shipment. Shipping Carrier contact info are as follow:

IMPORTANT: USPS (United States Postal Service) tracking information will take up to 24-48 hours from the time of delivery to update. USPS can and will on occasion mark a shipment “delivered” before it is actually delivered and can sometimes be 1-2 days later. If your order tracking status has been marked “delivered” according to the carrier tracking, we are not liable for its whereabouts beyond that point.

 

WARRANTY

Warranty extends 45 days from the day of purchase and covers manufacturing defects only. Our warranty does not cover scratches and, accidental damage caused through general use, or the loss of screws due to neglect. We inspect all merchandise for defect(s) and damage(s) prior to shipment. It is the buyers' responsibility to check the product upon arrival to make sure it is free of any defects and report them to us promptly if there are any.
