Return/Refund Policy

  • Any returned item must arrive to our warehouse within 30 days from the time of delivery.
  • We will refund on item(s) that are new and unused with original packaging in resalable condition. The Item must be returned with tag(s) and sticker(s) still on, and need to be free of any user defects. Examples of user defects include item(s) that have been sat on, scratched, cracked or otherwise appear “used”.
  • Return and original sale shipping are the responsibility of the customer except for a defective product during the warranty period. Please send us an e-mail and tell us what you would like to return and why. We will e-mail you back our return address along with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Returns cannot be processed without a valid RMA number.
  • If you find that any item you purchased from Edge I-Wear is defective on arrival, please contact us within 6 days of receiving the item. We will provide you a return address and a RMA number. Once we receive the returned item as “manufacturer defect”, the customer may choose a replacement or a full refund.
