1. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can easily return or exchange them within 14 days of purchase. Returns must be unworm and in the same condition it was received. Our Products ship with an attached security tag or sticker. Merchandise returned without the original security tag or sticker attached or a damaged tag may not qualify for a refund. Products must be returned in the original box and/or packaging. Returns will be processed within 2 weeks or receiving them.
2. Return Process
A) Email us at Service @edgeiwear.com with your order # to apply for a RMA (Retuen Merchandise Authorization).
Please indicate if you would like a refund or exchange.
Within 3 business days our customer support team will email you the RMA conformation.
B) After receiving the RMA# conformation you can proceed to mail the product back to our warehouse with the address provided below. Please include a note in the box stating your name and RMA number. We recommend using shipping methodsthat offer tracking information service such as FedEx or UPS, so you get full Visibility on the whereabouts of your package. We will not be liable for lost or damaged return packages.

C) After the receipt and inspection of your return, we will issue you a refund via the same payment method (or exchange) within 7 business days. You will receive an email when your refund or exchange is processed. The refunded amount will be for the cost of the product only; Shipping cost are nonrefundable. Shipping cost for Eyewear and accessories are $3.50 per piece or set. Shipping cost for Display boxes are $12.00.
3. Warranty / Incorrect Product Exchanges
If you received defective merchandise or the wrong style, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of receiving the item and include a brief description of the issue and a picture of the product. We'll gladly send you a free reutrn label with RMA# if the merchandise is defective, or if you received the wrong style. Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we'll send you a replacement as soon as possible.
Note: Product image may be slightly different than the actual product received due to different color settings of your screen.
Our warranty spans over 30 days and only covers manufacturing defects. Our warranty does not cover scratches, accidental damage caused through general use, or the loss of srews due to neglect.
We inspect all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment, it is the buyers' responsibility to check the product upon arrival to make sure it is free of any defects.
